Carcass Contest

In addition to the contests involving live animal evaluations, beef, sheep and swine also have carcass contests. Information on each animal is obtained from the processing facilities and/or ultrasound and the data is used to determine the most ideal carcass. A prize is also given for "Super" animal which combines the live placing with the carcass placing. Click on the links below to view the results for each species. Boosters donated $2800 in awards and sponsorships towards these events.
